Well today I've had to re-start the computer twice, each time the blue screen of death would freeze in front of me and the drive led just stays on without flickering. Can't even control-alt-delete the damn thing to reboot I've had to use the power button. Tried it on the other mobo same thing no windows so i installed my raptor drive and here i am. Not even five weeks yet and the MTron drive has failed me. I tried to re-install windows three times tonight with no such luck the blue screen keeps interrupting the install.~~ I'll try again tomorrow and hope for the best..

If you feel that you have an RMA issue, simply contact the sales department for an exchange. It is as simple as that. SSDs are much more reliable than hard drives. I have a stack of hard drives that have failed me quickly... That being said, SSDs ARE electronics...And any piece of electronics can fail. Who knows what happend. Power surge? Something out of your control? The failure rate is low, and the warranty is long. Memoright is finally getting some name recognition..And with their record-thumping 120MB/S read AND WRITE GT series now shipping, I'm sure that even more of them will sell...Only then can we see which has better reliability. I've even had Samsung SSDs either fail immediatly, or been seemingly DOA. It happens. NOT OFTEN THOUGH. So don't be discouraged.

No need for a RMA the problem was a faulty sata power adapter. :D The grounding wire was not proper seated inside the grounding pin thus interrupting the power supply to the drive(MTron) causing the drive to intermittently fail. The RAPTOR drive runs on the legacy power on my mobo so no adapter is needed therefore no problem was detected when I transferred over to the raptor. I was more concerned as I thought maybe it was something I had done during all those different installs. :o This serves as a constant reminder how we jump to conclusions about something that is new to us and have not been associated with before. Meaning how I immediately blamed the drive and not looked for another cause(s).. I have since changed the adapter and my investigative approach and here I am. I've attached a pic of adapter...
