It's been a while since I jaunted from software back into the realm of hardware, but when we have working retail RRAM products in the next 1-5? years how much smaller will things get?
CPU circuit elements are down to 45nm, but the flash cell is made up of several gates and associated gaps.
Couldn't that make RRAM flash much smaller, in addition to the projected benefits of using less power?
The next question is which will remain faster? Flash or RRAM?
